The Fund intends to obtain superior returns by investing in the sports industry worldwide on both a corporate and a project level.
Such investments are therefore expected, but not limited, to range from all types of listed and non-listed debt securities to all types of listed and non-listed equity securities.
(These investments might be leveraged at all times).

The Fund is likely to invest more specifically in:

1. Sports companies:
These investments in sports companies worldwide,whether listed or non-listed, are expected to take on the form of common shares, preferable shares, equity lines of credit, debentures, convertible debt, straight debt, private equity, mezzanine financing, gap financing, bridge financing, guarantees, compensating balances, pre-IPO funding, secondary public company funding, or any combination thereof.

2. Sports Events:
These investment can be one-off events or recurring events worldwide whereby the funding is underwritten entirely and exclusively by Matchworld Investment Fund Ltd. or in syndication with other investment companies or investors. In order to optimalize financial returns investments are expected to take on the form as varied a described in paragraph 1 above.

3. Athletes and Sports Teams:
In the general course of business Matchworld Investment Fund Ltd. anticipates being presented with opportunities to invest wholly or partially in both athletes and sports teams around the world.

4. Sports Leagues:
Direct and indirect investments in international for-profit as well as non-profit Sports Leagues, Associations and Federations.

5. Ancillary Sports Industry:
It is also expected from time to time that Matchworld Investment Fund Ltd. will find the need and the opportunity to invest in the peripheral spheres of the Sports Industry in general to support or render more valuable its assets, rights, titles, interests and anticipated investments.

6. Non-Sports-related financial products:
In order to hedge risks taken with investments, Matchworld Investment Fund Ltd. will most likely also invest in pure financial an monetary products and instruments that are not related to the sports industry in particular.
